Director

Tuli Kamati

Tuli Kamati is the founder and Director of Reproductive Justice Namibia (RJN). An impassioned advocate for reproductive rights and an intersectional feminist and a SRHR activist, Tuli has a strong background in Medicine, public health and clinical human biology.

Under Tuli's leadership, RJN has been pivotal in efforts to reform Namibia's restrictive abortion laws, spearheading significant national advocacy campaigns. Her previous role as Deputy Director at a pro-choice organisation and her ongoing contributions to national health strategies underscore her commitment to reproductive justice.

At RJN, Tuli leverages her expertise to enhance healthcare delivery and foster partnerships that expand access to reproductive health services across Southern Africa. Her leadership not only drives policy change but also empowers communities to advocate for their reproductive rights in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Programs Manager

Lynn Komu

Lynn Komu is a passionate advocate for social justice and women's empowerment, currently serving as the Programs Manager at Reproductive Justice Namibia (RJN). With an academic background in business management and ongoing studies in logistics and supply chain management, Lynn brings a unique blend of skills to her role.

Her experience in community engagement, research, and advocacy, honed through her involvement in various organizations like the Young Feminist Movement and Youth in Community Safety, positions her as a key player in RJN's mission to advance reproductive justice and combat gender-based violence in Namibia.

Operations Manager

Lovemore Mupanta

Lovemore Mupanta (they/them/theirs) is an experienced Operations Manager with over 7 years of expertise in SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights) project administration. They have a strong background in administration, operations, and monitoring and evaluation, primarily in Zambia and regional projects.

As an LGBTQI+ activist, Lovemore is passionate about Intersectional activism. In addition to their work with Reproductive Justice Namibia, they currently volunteer as a Research Officer at ReportOut.

Lovemore's diverse skill set and commitment to social justice make them a valuable asset in the field of SRHR project management. Their experience and advocacy work demonstrate their dedication to improving access to reproductive healthcare and promoting the rights of marginalised communities.

Operations Officer

Ipondoka Kamati

Ipondoka Kamati is an LLB law graduate from the University of Namibia, actively engaged in both academic and practical legal experiences. He holds a diploma in alternative dispute resolution, which complements his legal qualifications and enhances his ability to resolve conflicts efficiently.

His journey includes participating in moot court competitions and gaining hands-on experience through legal internships. He is passionate about leveraging his education and skills to make a positive impact in the legal field.

Administrative Officer

Karen Halueendo

Karen Halueendo is a confident and highly organized administrative professional with experience in the reception environment. They are quick to learn, exceptional in strategic planning and problem solving.

Social Media Manager

Taamboondunge Kakoma

Taamboondunge holds a diploma in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution and is a seasoned social media manager and content creator, currently obtaining her communications degree at the University of Science and Technology. Her journey in activism began at the age of 18 as a radical feminist, driven by a passion for justice and equality.

She has a background working with a sexual reproductive health and rights, SGBV, and LGBTQ-centered NGO, dedicating a year to advancing these causes. Her experience includes creating impactful content and managing social media platforms to amplify the voices of marginalized communities. Her commitment to advocacy and expertise in digital engagement ensures that Reproductive Justice Namibia's message reaches and resonates with a broad audience.

Volunteers

Reproductive Justice Namibia has 37 volunteers who make the work that we do possible. Without them we wouldn't be able to do the work we do without core funding.
